Quick and easy steamed fish with white wine sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh white fish
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley leaves
  • lemon wedges

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter. 2. Place the fish in the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together white wine, olive oil, butter, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper; pour over fish. 3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the fish is easily flaked with a fork. Garnish with parsley leaves and lemon wedges before serving.

Steamed fish with a delicious white wine sauce!

Ingredients: 1 fish (5-6 lb) 2 carrots, peeled and sliced 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 bay leaf 2 thyme sprigs 8 black peppercorns 1 cup white wine 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.        Place the fish in a baking dish. Stuff the fish with the carrots, onion, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, and black peppercorns. Pour the white wine over the top. Dot with butter. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the fish is cooked through. Serve with the pan juices.

Ingredients: - 1 lb. white fish fillets (I used cod) - 1/2 cup dry white wine - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the fish fillets on the sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1 lb fish fillets (I used cod)

-1/2 cup dry white wine

-1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

-Dash of salt and black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cut 2 pieces of parchment paper about 18 inches (45 cm) square. Place fish in the center of each piece. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Fold each piece of parchment paper over the fish, making a half-moon shape. Crimp the edges together well so that the parcels are well sealed. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the packets are just cooked through. Serve with prepared white wine sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
